Wendy Chavez: Active in Denver community work since her teens, volunteering in programs for youth and for the elderly; coordinating fund-raising events to benefit alternative schools; a student of Native cultural traditions; works with CDPHE’s Office of Emergency Preparedness & Response.
Mark de la Cruz Chavez: Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Metro State University 2005; teacher of mathematics at MSCD, UCD, Denver Inner City Parish; advisor and teacher to at-risk students in local culturally-oriented schools.
Deborah Garcia Sandoval: former small business owner; currently works as Prevention Coordinator for Denver Juvenile Court Probation. Experience in court preparation and presentations, collection and organization of data for grants, bilingual-interpreter in court, investigator.
Dean Sanchez: Bachelor Degree Applied Science: Criminology minor: Aviation Management. Staff Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge of the Marine Corps Wounded Warrior Transition and Support Cell Rocky Mountains.
