Free STI HIV Testing

OraQuick testIMG_2370

Knowing your status can help prevent the spread of HIV.  If  you know your status, you  be connected to care, and help enhance your quality of life.

STI testing is done by collecting a urine (pee) sample testing for both gonorrhea and chlamydia.   Testing is Monday thru Thursday 2:00pm – 6:00 pm on a walk-in basis.  Your results are given back in 4 business days.  You can also receive testing at any of our health Pachangas, which are held the 3rd Friday of month on a walk-in basis.

Call ahead for an HIV test  – we offer 2 types of test, one is Oragold, which is a small finger stick, and ten minutes.  We also offer Orasure which is 20 minute test using a mouth swab. 303.446.8800

What if my test comes out positive for gonorrhea or chlamydia?

Our testing is done in collaboration with Denver Health and if there is a positive test, free treatment is given to you and your sexual partners.

Is STI testing confidential, who is my information shared with?

Self reported information is shared with the Denver health STI clinic, because they provide the laboratory results, and treatment.  All other information is confidential and is considered private, and is stored according to HIPPA regulations.

Can I receive condoms and other forms of contraception?

Testers can provide free water based lubricant, dental dams, and condoms.  We provide both male and female condoms, and can provide referrals for other types of contraception.
